From the foundations of a super recipe created in Mozambique, comes our flavours of the most spectacular spices & ingredients that go into our marinade to make the most authentic Peri Peri grilled chicken in Hermanus.

The concept began with a few different recipes and on the ground of the best , we now produce a product which is delectable and dedicated to the Portuguese/Mozambique influence.

We offer “Prego Rolls” also with our marinated beef or chicken, char grilled and we add the “spicyness” to your desired taste and we also have the normal flavour for the faint hearted , no heat on it can also be done. Our prego rolls are fresh Portuguese rolls and in the traditional manner of a prego roll, there is nothing else but the delicious meat to enjoy , if you want a burger with salad and tomatoes, then that is another dish !

Our very own recipe , homemade chicken & chorizo burgers are available and authentic , originaly made by ourselves and exclusive to Tosca Hermanus

Our products a marinated, cooked to perfection and grilled to taste the very Portuguese & Mozambique flavours

We make a range of products , our “Patatata “ a potato dish with bacon , beans & a cheese sauce, wraps and Pita chicken dishes too.

We have Potato wedges available , only fresh potatoes used and our fresh oil does make a difference !
